is it possible to include the sprint setup files IN the rom?
 

Perhaps I'm being slow here, but the setup files kept in the Extended ROM would probably be better off in the ROM itself. I think those files take up about 7MBs total so it would be nice if that were entirely in the ROM as opposed to getting dumbed into Main memory after a hard reset.



Am I being stupid here? Is that already what the kitchen is doing? :?


What I'd like to do is completely wipe the extended Rom and then just put the few apps that can't be included in the ROM because they can't reside in the Windows directory.

Yeah the kitchen already takes the essential parts of the extrom and builds them into the ROM (select the checkbox for your carrier in the "Carrier Customize" section). Then you can unlock your extrom and delete everything in it.
