Can't Connect to Activesync unless "Enable advanced network functionality" is off
 

I have no idea how this started happening. Out of no where my Apache stopped connecting to my pc. I turned "Enable advanced network functionality" off and it works again but I hate having the tray icon on my screen for screen shots and stuff. Does anybody know why this would happen?
