why is my storage memory so low??
I'm running a cooked ROM on my Verizon XV6700. Over time (and I've rebooted etc.), my storage memory has gotten down to 0.5 MB, while my program memory is at 22 Megs. I've got an SD card, so I try to install everything I can to that, and I don't (knowingly!) store anything sizeable in memory. I'm getting a "low memory" error when I boot and when I sync (over-the-air) with an exchange server. What's going on? Are there cached or temporary files somewhere from browsing or mail connections to an Exchange server that can be cleaned up? How do I find the main culprits causing this?
thanks, Mike |

Have you tried ClearTemp?
It is a great app for clearing garbage from storage memory. You can download the latest version from www.mobisapienz.com. Or check the Commonly used Apps & Software Section. I highly recommend it along with CleanRam for freeing up ram memory. :) |
