device lock .exe?
 

is there an .exe for the device lock? i looked in the windows folder, but there was nothing obvious.



i have sbp pocket plus, and want to make a short cut there for it, so i can use the device lock space on my today screen for something else.

Was it built into your ROM? It's \windows\DeviceLock.exe

I have the lock device on my Today screen but I dont have a devicelock.exe in the Windows directory nor do I have a lock.exe. Mine came with my ROM as far as I know.

im using kirvin's no junk.
its on my today screen, and i use it all the time.
and like the previous poster said, there is no devicelock.exe, or lock.exe
any idea how i can use it without an .exe?

I'm afraid you are out of luck without adding devicelock.exe to your PPC. Today screen items are .dlls.

are you sure you don't have the hide files in rom checked, or show all files un-checked?

show all is checked.

I think he has the stock locking plugin that comes with the OS. No, there is no way to trigger it without pressing the plugin or using another app. Use Armstrom's Devicelock, Onlock, slide2unlcock, or I am sure there are others.
