Sprint Sero Issues...
 
I need to talk to someone at sprint that understands the Sero plan since they are charging me for text messages when it is supposed to be included unlimited in my plan. *2 is bringing me to some techs who know absolutly nothing about phones, plans, or english for that matter. :(

i believe it was only a for a month. it was a promo thing for unlimited text when you sign up with sero, but it only lasts a month. i emailed sprint about that and they said that.

hey had the SAME problem. Took me months to get them to add it. Heres the email that they sent me and the one that i sent them to get them to add it. You basically just have to tell them that unlimited text messaging was supposed to be included with the sero plan and that you will leave if they do not add it as it was supposed to be promised to you(be careful though because sprint has a tendency to let u leave instead of giving you what you deserve depending on which csr you talk to)

Question: When I signed up for Sprint, I was told it included text messaging. When I checked on this though, I found out it does not. I called numerous times and the customer service representatives told me that this is not true. Now i am looking on the website that i signed up for the SERO plan and it clearly says "Unlimited text messaging included with all plans through 9/29/07". Text messaging is an important feature to me. Can you please add unlimited messaging to my account because this is what was supposed to me included when i first signed up for sprint. Nobody i called believed me and now it clearly says that it is included. I ask that you add this feature or i will be taking my business elsewhere as i do not like to be lied to
