No email Notification
 

Is there a way to turn off email notification entirely? I found a way to no longer pop-up notify in the middle of doing whatever I am, but there is still the mail icon in my top bar, and that is annoying because I get so much email, it is almost always there.

This is thru activesync, by the way.
