how to use wifi for activesync(NOT through exchange server)?

Does Apache support wifi sync? Or which software can be used to exchange file with PC over wifi? Total command can access FTP, so i think there should be a certain software meeting my needs.

Apache supports it, but ActiveSync 4+ does not - "for security reasons".
