Does it also some how fix the fact that PIE doesn't seem to handle many DHTML tricks and forces you to use HTML only sites or login systems?

I also have trouble with PIE on some hot spots as it does not seem to like some types of browser redirection.

THANKS!!!

I couldn't find it... by the way, could someone please tell me how to scroll in opera WITHOUT the scroll bars? I'd really like to know that.
Under opera's settings there's a box that says grab and scroll, just make sure that's checked. Then the next time you're browsing the web, just touch your stylus somewhere on a page (mind the links and what not), and it should allow you to scroll without using the scroll bars.
I don't see it... I go to Tools > Settings... and then there are a few tabs...
General:History:Network:Misc

None of the above contain a setting called "grab and scroll"... I'm using version 8.6... what gives?

i like pieplus too. I don't like the idea of having to install another browser. I tried opera yesterday and while I like how it runs I find PiePlus better for one handed use.

after comparing opera with the Picsel browser... I generally prefer Picsel... it's faster, the zooming feature is smoother... and I don't feel the need to have the page's natural proportions distorted.

I just zoom in and out to get what I need.

1.0.0 B2319 will do it.

On the "Compatibility" tab of the config screen, set "Custom UA String" and set the value you desire in the box below.

I'm using PIE with ReenSoft's PIEPlus and it has been great for me. Very stable and fast. I didn't like Opera because it would render text fast and then I had to wait a long time for images.

For me PIEPlus is a great way to optimize PIE. New version allows screen dragging which is great for one-handing.

Ok, I'm still getting the hang of Picsel... I've found two issues that I'd like to get resolved.

1. It doesn't seem it allows multiple windows open or tabs... is this true?

2. When I first loaded the device it was loading pages in desktop mode... ie formating the pages in their default position... WHICH I LIKE!... now, inexplicably its formating them in column form which I don't like... and I can't seem to change it back... I don't even know where that configuration would be. EDIT: figured this out, the top button on the wheel changes page layout.

All in all I like this browser best but it sometimes a little too clever.

Additional: I've noticed sometimes it zooms in and out without bringing up the zoom scroller... but every time I do it, it's an accident. How do I zoom in and out without bringing up the zoom scroller?
