How do you change the second boot image?
 

Ok, so I flashed a new rom over and changing the first boot image is easy enough. But the second one which says "windows mobile" can be changed as well. I did it prior to flashing my rom but it was months ago and I've completely forgotten how to do it.


Could anyone tell me how to change that? And in addition I'd like to know how to flash it over like that instead of changing it after the fact.

Its a 320x320 image in the windows folder called....welcomehead.96.png. To change it, copy it over to your pc, right click on it, go to properties and deselect Read Only, then you can edit it. Before you reupload it to your phone, you must change it back to read only.

The My Info image is myinfo.96.gif... the white... I dont know about that one.

kewl, now i know how to change it. for now its just a simple invert of the "factory" colors
