Notes and Word issue

i use my PPC 6700 to take notes during meetings. Repeatedly my notes or word application should stop and return to the file explorer screen where it shows the file i was just writing to. But now i cant re-open that file. I will have to restart the phone to get back to that file.
Any solutions?

What ROM version are you running? When did the behavior start? Do you have other programs running when it happens? How much free memory do you have (you can check both of these from Start->Settings->System tab->Memory).

I am currently using the latest rom created by OmegaX using the new AKU3.5_Kitchen_1_0_3. But i have been seeing this right from when i got this phone. Interestingly all the notes stop at 11K size.
About memory i have 24.22MB in Storage and 16.74 in Program. Also have a 1GB storage card.
