Vibrate mode quit
 

My vibrate mode quit. When I switch back and forth to ring and vibrate, the ring works but is just silent under vibrate.
When I talk to support, they naturally want to hard reset the phone. I have MANY apps that will take hours to reload and resync so am looking for a solution that doesn't require such drastic methods.
If I do hard reset, I would want to update the ROM at the same time if there is one available.
Any thoughts? When does the XV6800 come out?
