Selling phone, how do i remove Sprint PCS email address....
 

Hello guys...I am selling my PPC6700, how do i remove my Sprint PCS email address from the device info page....and my voicemail number from the phone so it is basically factory defaulted like i bought it. thanks

when the new person adds there service it will change. i don't think it removes when you move your service to another phone.

You'd have to do a master reset, ##RTN# from the phone screen. Then you click Reset in the lower right. Then it will ask you for your 6-digit MSL code, which you should call Sprint and get if you don't have it (act like you need to reprogram your phone--the MSL is the code they tell you to enter to bring up the service programming--it's 6 numbers.
