Internal use spy
I woke up this morning to a pop-up on my 6700 screen. What is this?

LOL, ominous sounding name right? :D
It's a built in debugging app--that's all. You probably invoked it accidentally (push in the joystick and tap and hold an empty part of the top bar to activate it). Here's an article that talks more about it--not of much use to you unless you're a dev: http://windowsmobilepro.blogspot.com...debugging.html |

Thanks Boss, It woke me up faster than my cup-o-java http://www.txwheelers.com/modules/Fo...s/gmorning.gif Do you ever sleep :D ? |
Sadder thing is when you can actually read that...
It's info about a dropdown list (combobox)... the hwnd is it's "handle" and the second hwnd is the handle of it's parent form. If I was practiced up, I could even tell you what the style code translates to in human speak, but I forget. |
when this pops up, should we choose yes or no?
|
Choose NO. That dump is not useful unless you're a software developer.

And, in the process accidentally learned another one that maybe you ubergeeks already know... do the same thing except with the stylus on the clock... brings up a "Run" dialog. Had this thing for almot two years and still learn something new every day, it seems. |
