N00B needs help!!!!
 

My wife just got a BB co i'll be taking her VX6700.....and since she lost all the books i need help removing all her stuff (ie. contacts and the like).......will doing a hard reset do this?

That will leave you COMPLETELY factory, junk and all (if its the OEM verizon rom)

You should definitely look into the custom roms here and try them out, most are stable and include software that we all like and frankly NEED.
