you can try removing your battery from the device for a minute or so, and if that doesn't work then try hard reseting the device. that's how i got mine to work.

if that still doesn't work then you'll to access the computer manager on your pc and make sure that the....(i can't think of the name) background something is on. if its on manual, set it to automatic and make sure that you start it up.

not another hard reset!!?!!
