radio module is gone and also ESN
 

Can someone tell me how does ESN get erased? Also the radio module does not load on the phone when restarted. So there's no mobile network. This is my phone and this has happened.
The phone is PPC 6700. I'm in India.
How do I have my phone working again?

Find the nearest manufacturer approved repair center and prey to god they dont blame it on you...

I think to fix ESN issues you need to do a LOT more then a rom upgrade...
