PPCGeeks - Help !!! Please........

Salam (greetings) to all.

I am studying PPCGeeks forum for the past one week and realized that I can only find the solution of my problem here.

Current scenario
Received a Sprint PPC 6700 from my brother in America (He got new one from sprint)
I live in Pakistan
In Pakistan, we have two CDMA carriers (Go CDMA & World Call)

PPC 6700 can’t work as it is locked by sprint.
Wifi is showing the message (Wireless Lan Off)

Requirement
I wana unlock the phone (don’t know whats my MSL)
Actually I want to completely wipe of PPC 6700 and put in the generic settings which comes at the time when you buy a phone from market.
