Treo 700w speed dialer (not today plug) exported?

I moved from a Treo 700w to a VZW\6700 and the biggest thing I miss was the one hand dialing.

The treo allows you to push/hold the green talk button and a pop-up of a distinct list of the last 8 or so known contacts that either you called or called you. Distinct meaning if you called joe twice, he would only appear once, unlike the stock call history that just lists the calls in order.

From there you could use the dpad to select the contact to call or push right to select mobile/home/work

Does anyone know if this has been extracted from the Treo rom? I searched and found that the picture dial today plug in has been extracted, but I've yet to find this tool.
