Screen resolution is messed up after shooting/watching video

After shooting and wathing a short video clip, the screen resolutino of my XV6700 gets really messed up.
It looks like it runs on a 16-color scheme.
Does it have anything to do with memory? I've installed many apps so the free storage memory is only 3.5 MB.
Is there any quick fix when this happens?

Programs installed does not mean anything. The storage and program memorey (RAM) are seperate. I'd say there is an issue with your LCD. If a hard reset don't work then I'd say time to replace screen or whole device...

Reset (hard or soft) does work and puts the screen back to normal.
Doesn't a similar kind of situation occur with even desktops?
I've had my desktop run into a similar situation when I tried to run a very demanding graphics software, and thought my XV6700 was having a similar trouble.

I don't think RAM would have anything to do with it. It could be posible the device is over-heating. I am not completly sure though, never had this issue. Anyways, hope someone might shed some light on this...
