Cyberon voice dialer

I need some help. I'm trying to install Cyberon voice dial cyberon_ba_wm5_voice_dialer_2_214

on my verizon 6700 phone using the Col's 3.5 ROM and I keep getting a "Installation was unsuccessful" error telling me I don't have sufficient system permissions.

Can someone help me with this.

make sure your current one isnt running. I just had the same problem installing a comm manager. Soft reset, kill it if its running. Let me know if that works for you.

Thanks for the reply. I tried it but still no luck. The exact same error message.
