So far the answer is no. Once you load on the 2.04 bootloader your stuck.
How did you get to 2.04 in the first place? Did you use the new official 3.3 aku from Bell Mobility? If you did, like blazingwolf said, your stuck. There have been many blatant warning to not use the bootloader files found in that aku
ok so there is no way to even load the rom on to it. i was just updating the rom and it rebooted to that bootloader.
Updating the ROM to what?
He flashed the Bell 3.3. That is where the 2.04 bootloader is located.
Well, sorry, you are stuck for now. However, I do believe a few people are working on finding a way to downgrade to older bootloaders. Wish them luck!

Wchriseg, I had a a simular problem and asked Luv2Chill what to do and he gave me the following instructions:
"What you will have to do is decode the nk.nbf with the HTC64 tool and change the CID in the nk.prj from BM___001 to the proper CID for your carrier (Sprint is SPCS_001, Verizon is VZW__001 -- it must always be eight digits). Then re-encode the nk.fat with that nk.prj and flash using the RUU app that came with this upgrade." For clarifacation the nk.nbf that you need to decode and then recode is the Bell 3.3 one that is found in APAC_BM_31230_700_14100_BMCID_Ship\OutputFile folder where you unziped Bell rom. "The HTC64 tool" which is named "HTC64_Extended_ROM_Tool.exe" can be found in the kitchen of Helmi_APAC_WM3.5_NEW_Kitchen_R4. Download that (from the ppcgeeks ftp site) unzip it, and look in the tools folder. I'm not too savvy on working with Roms but I followed Luv2Chill's instructions to a T and it worked. This has worked only for getting OS back up. Good luck. |
