How to Erase everything out of PPC-6700 & reset it ?
 

Hello Every one

I Own Sprint PPC-6700 & it's getting replace by insurance but I want to wipe everything from the fone book & all files & pics on it B4 I send it back out .

Can you please please help ?

Do a "Hard Reset".

To wipe everything other than the memory card, press and hold the left and right soft keys, while using a stylus or other thin object to press the soft reset hole on the bottom of the apache. Then, use the key pad to press y, then after the reset process is done, press space to boot. That should erase everything on the device.
