Audio program help
 

Hey i just had a quick question about a program that i used to have, i think it was called audio manager or something and was part of a kitchen i had that i could incorporate in my new rom, but anyways it was a program that you could use to play music but also let you take any song you had and turn it into a ringtone and you could edit the length right on the phone...

Does anyone know of the program i am talking about, or know of one similar and could you tell or link me to where i could get one?
