won't turn on

Having a problem where my 6700 won't turn on when I press the power button, or I can turn it on but it won't do anything?

Is this a symptom of anything in particular?

items in the start menu or on the today screen that are installed to the minisd.

anything else?

My Start Menu only has Today & Messaging and my Today all items are all in internal

you could try closing down all the problems before you turning your ppc into sleep mode

it doesn't happen that often to me and well I reinstalled phonealarm and it caused that problem last night and made my bluetooth act crazy. turning on and off by itself. if it doesn't happen often then just pop the minisd out when it does and pop it back in and the screen should turn right on.

taking out the card doesn't seem to do anything--still won't turn on even if I remove the card.

I was thinking it could be a bad card, but if that was the case wouldn't it turn on when I removed the card?

Wideawake 10-24-2006 12:51 AM

remove it and put back in my bad it should come back on when u reinsert it.

nope--doesn't do it.

The LEDs are flashing though.

update #1
I was thinking it could be PhoneAlarm--I have it turned off in Today items so it's not running, but do I need to uninstall it? Anyone know if it's doing something behind the scenes even though it's not enabled as a Today item?

update#2
The most recent time this happened I got several "Unable to execute calnot.exe" errors--any connection?

did u ever try uninstalling phonealarm? I recently had problems but it was a older build. not sure if disabling it on the options stops it from running tho...
