I'm ready to blow this thing apart...

](*,)
I've scoured the forums only to find no real answer to this problem so I thought I'd give this a shot.

Ok, so I've got an Alltel PPC6700 running Helmi's 6.1 with SDHC drivers. I also have a Transcend MiniSDHC Class 4 4GB memory card (FAT32). When I put the memory card in, the phone instantly locks up. Not slow down, but locks up the whole system. When I take it out, it unlocks the system and everything works fine. I'm using the SDHC drivers that came with the kitchen. I also tried a file called SDHC.777.cab and no joy there either.

Anyone have this problem and, possibly for the love of God, a solution?

Very well known issue. Flash with a newer build of WM6.1 Helmi's is the oldest in the book...

i ve had this issue multiple times and it was never the sdhc drivers it was always a file on the card maybe you unplugged it from your computer too soon or you should back up everything on your card format it and then put everything back

My vote is either the card or the drivers but if you are using an older version of ROM software then that could be it also.

I reformatted the card just to be safe and still no joy. This card was in my last 6700 that worked just fine. Unfortunately I can't test whether or not its the port because I don't have a standard mini SD to test with.
