hey whats good yall i noticed that with ma sprint 6700 at time it will just tell me i entered the wrong password even though in actuality i didnt.so i was wondering when this happens if there is an alternative password that i can enter to unlock it.because the only solution right now is a soft reset.

I had the same problem when I was visiting family out of my home area [roaming]. It would do it every time I was asked for a password. Never did figure out what the problem was, but when I went back home, everything worked fine. Go figgure!

i have a lock on my phone so whenever the phone isnt used for a certain amount of time it will automatically lock.but at times when it lock and i enter my password it would tell me that i enter the wrong 4 digits.but in actuality it is the correct password but it still wont unlock

Oh, well then either someone else changed your lock or you entered the wrong info in the beginning. The bad thing about the device is it doesnt ask you to retype your P/W after entering it the first time so you potenially can enter the wrong info. So you already know a hard reset is coming right?

I have been having some real interesting times with this xv6700 first I tried the helmi rom. Somehow stuck me in BL v1.04 can't hard reset soft reset nothing. Now computer see's the 6700 as an unknown device with the other USB connections. When trying to run any utility connection error 201 Device not detected. For the life of me I can not get this vista machine to recognize device so it can continue w/ BL. Plz help
