is there an automatic device lock

I like the device lock on the apache but I like on the treo when you suspend it it automaticly locks the keys without physically having to hit device lock. I'm trying slide to lock but its kinda buggy

Check out Device Lock by Matt Armstrong. It does exactly what you're looking for:

You have to join that forum to see the file attachment in the first post.

Another good program is BatteryStatus. I used for a long time b4 switching to the slide lock. It has many features, but I only used it for the device lock on wake up.

This one is one of the best while still allowing things like voice command and such to work. If only there was a way to lock the end call button also.

be careful with the xda one r1.2.... its very unstable and causes weird lockups...

i reccomend that program, but r1.1 of it.

If you like the look and function of the slide lock, try A_C's Slide2Unlock. It is fully configurable in the registry. I find 1.164 to be the most stable.
Read about it:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...t=slide2unlock

Download it (v1.164):

Could you possibly repost r1.1? When I try and open it I get an error message that the file is corrupt.

Thanks

Thanks for DeviceLock 1.1 comment JBabey. That works very well. I tried 1.2 version a few times, but it didn't work well on my Mogul. I also have used the lock feature of BatteryStatus which works wonderfully on my Apache, but somehow it doesn't work with Mogul. Slide2unlock is awesome, but it takes a chunk of memory, and I was looking for an alternative. Thanks!
