i have a ppc 6700.
it was slow so i hit the clear storage button. after it was complete it loaded and at the boot screen where it shows the large sprint logo it also shows the this

h/w=2 P=
M= 12 R=
U=4 D=3.500.00.WEE

now i cant make or recieve calls or anything i can connect to the wifi but i basically have a giant pda...i like this phone but its no longer a phone.
i took it to sprint hte tech said i have no prl or radio is this something i can dl

He is correct, there is no radio. This usually means the hardware radio in the device has died. There is no replacing it alone as the whole unit has to be replaced. Have you hard reset again since then and tried to flash the radio with v1.43?

The only other option you have is to replace the device. Do you have insurance on it?

Well, at least the radio doesn't say "NONE", otherwise you'd really be fried. Try getting a Sprint EVDO PRL from here. Drag it your phone then dial ##775 and hit browse. Then select that file and go through with what the screen said. Your radio might come back. Reflash a radio after if that don't work.


If that doesn't work, then your hardware is junk.
