How do I configure the WM5 HTC Home screen plug in?

I have a custom rom built from the new kitchen R4. I added the HTC Home screen plug in. I can not seem to find out how to add remove items from it.

Anyone know how to add or remove items?

TIA

I'm not actually using this pluging, but looking at the rgu in the OEM it seems to be controlled by registry entries.

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\HTC\HTCHomeplug\2]
"ResPath"="\\windows\\htcicon.dll"
"LaunchApPath"="\\windows\\CommManager.exe"
"iconindex"=dword:00000067

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\HTC\HTCHomeplug\4]
"iconindex"=dword:00000000
"ResPath"="\\windows\\iexplore.exe"
"LaunchApPath"="\\windows\\iexplore.exe"

That number in the first row should the position of the new icon.
Respath should be the location of the icon you want to use.
iconindex sould be the position of the the icon if you are pulling from a dll, 0 seems to be default if you are not using a dll.
LaunchApPath should be the location of the executable.

You should be able to add more by adding keys for 5, 6, 7 and so on. Please let me know if there is an easier way of doing this. The only reason I'm not using this plug is because t's such a pain going through the registry every time I want to make a change. Just not worth the trouble for me. Thanks in advance.

I thought that this PlugIn wasn't working with WM5 devices yet?!
Is yours working at all?

It does work. At least the OEM one from Helmi_APAC_WM3.5_NEW_Kitchen does. I'm not sure what the full blown plug does, but the one from the kitchen just creates shortcuts to executables (Backlight, PIE and CommManager are default) and includes icons for Power and Rotate.
