PPCGeeks - 6700 Won't connect via USB in DIAG mode

I got the phone all setup via usb qpst and ##3424# yesterday fine, but now I can't get it to detect the phone in diag via usb mode anymore?, I've soft reset it many times, and computer(XP) no go. I can edit with ##778# fine. And it gets me into where I push start in ##3424# mode, but no data shows transfered, no usb recognition by the computer(syncs with active sync ok(and yes I do have usb disabled in active sync when in ##3424# mode))? I'm guessing the only other options are hard reset, and if that doesn't work, reflash my rom? Any other ideas?
