Hi there!

I was just wondering if is possible to do the following.

I have UTStarcom PPC6700 activated with (Bell Canada)

I'll be going to Europe in the next few weeks, and I would like to use that phone over there.

I realise that the phone is CDMA not GSM, but is there any way to flash it, unlock it so it works with other providers.

No, it is a different radio. You can use the PDA portion, but not the phone. Get a cheap pay-as-you-go phone, and use that for calls.

As Yuma says, our phones dont work over there, but the pda part rocks with a bt gps reciever and tomtom6 mapping software and wifi your email and google maps
