I'm Looking for good stable rom for verizon xv6700..
Which custom rom is good for xv6700??
please good advice !!

Try the new Helmi kitchen. You can set it up as you like and runs stable on my xv6700.

I just installed the Colonels 3.5 Final and it rocks on my xv6700!

Saridnours PR6...

Thats like asking "which is the best truck out there right now, for me" ;)

Any of the above listed will be great, you need to flash and try them out to see which one offers what you are looking for. Just don't spend too much time setting your phone up as you are trying out a ROM ( I know, easier said than done :) ) Good luck.

The best Rom for your XV6700 is the one that you create that way it is yours and for you not someone elses Idea of a rom. I create only Alltel roms and I do it per the personal request. How can 1 persons rom fit your needs when you are not the one creating it. A rom should be yours splash screen and welcomehead pics With the work that colonel spent on the kitchen and helmi spent with the new core why would you want anything different. If you have problems with the spashscreen or welcomehead go to the chat room and if I am there I will help otherwise others will help. The biggest problem is that you can overfill the rom, and you will get a full or partial 4 am tv screen (fuzz). Other wise you will get an error in createOS both mean that there are to many things in rom. If either happens try removing stuff from the rom 1 item at a time. You will see the 4am tv screen shrinking untill rom is right size. I am on chat usually late night after midnight CST, but pop in during the afternoon.

I'm also on Verizon. I've tried just about every rom available.
The one I found to be the most reliable was Saridnours PR6. The only draw back is Video Messaging did not work for me, and I don't think it's been fixed for the Verizon users on PR6. I tested some stuff for him, but it didn't work.
I finally decided to make my own, and took a lot of ideas from BigJ.
I really liked some of the stuff BigJ's rom had, but for some reason it kept freezing up, and couldn't consistantly reproduce the problem to report it, so I had to find another ROM.
That being said, I love my rom, it works perfectly.
Basically it's like BigJ's but I added WisBarLite (which I love to use) and removed some games.
