Some tweaks, please?
 

First off I want to say I love your rom. Its clean, simple, and has lots of goodies. It sucked at first cause I had to soft reset it every hour for a day, but after that its worked great. I love the weather in it, and the Windows live.

However, I was wondering if I can get this same thing with a few minor changes and a few deletions?

I'm not big on the startup or boot screens, I'm all for Jager and being a pirate, but I'd prefer something like an Alltel screen and then my own company logo or something, is this possible? Like the guy said earlier, I'm not a fan of the Top Batt thing. The cycleBT, WiFiFoFum, all the OneNote Mobile stuff, this can all go, as it just clutters things up for me personally, no offense.

Also, my texting doesn't seem to work all that well. I've had your ROM for about a week, and haven't received one text message from anyone, which is really really odd. Not that I love texting, just everyone else does and I typically receive one every few hours, and haven't get one since before I flashed your ROM. What can I do to fix this?

I DO love the Weather, iContacts and the SlideLock. Its pretty cool to use your finger for those things, and also makes it fun to play with. If theres a way that I can do all this, or you could teach me, or hell, if you would rather just do it yourself, I would greatly appreciate it, as I love this new ROM, just a few minor tweaks that would suite me better.

Other than that GREAT work, it looks amazing, runs smooth, and definitely the best ROM I've tried, esp with weather and windows live! Thanks for doin this work, its awesome!

I've figured out removing the battery bar, but the BT is a PITA.. Is this controlled by a Reg key or something that I can change?
Also, is there any way to get the original texting app back? this messenger-style texting you've put in doesn't work for me either.. I don't get texts back if they're more than 3 or 4 words.. I've tested this with my daughters phone sitting at the same table..
Other than a few personal qwerks, this is a great rom and has been really stable so far... Great work.

Brad's dead on. I can get out of the batt program, but how can I delete it from the phone all together, or shut it off so it doesn't start up every soft reset?

Also, I got a nasty call today, apparently an ex HAS been sending texts to me, and I haven't got them at all. I checked into it further and at work, my buddy tried sending me one, and all day long when I asked, people have been texting me all week.

Another thing I notices, and it might be because I have a stupid setting or something, but I will get a miss call, well I won't get a notification there's a voicemail. I have to actually call to check my messages, which I think is really annoying, not bent out of shape about, but something I would rather just know if I have one or not, ya know?

If we can fix these two problems, I would be in heaven from an already awesome ROM. Thanks for all your hard work!

And thanks Brad, for a sec I thought I was the only one with the texting issue. Ha!

To answer your question about the battery bar, use file explorer and browse to windows\startup and delete the LVtopBat (I think that's the name of it, you will know it when you see it) and that will keep it from loading again..

I think I'm going back to Alltel_Ship until the bluetooth issue gets answered.. Everytimr I dock it kicks on when I undock, and it turns on by itself at various intervals. It's killed my battery twice just today. I need a phone, not a BT battery-killer.

Send Me a Private Message aka pm,with what you want removed and any screens that you want on bootup. First screen in splash screen then second is welcomehead. Use the names as a reference when giving links to pictures. And I will make the files for you. and incorporate the images in a rom made just for you.

Ok took out Icontacts and new messaging and the topbattery and WiFiFoFum but still having the bluetooth problem. I am working on the BT issue have not been able to get rid of the auto on yet. I hope to have the answer this weekend but in the mean time here is the link to the rom.

Ok phone suite is the BT culprit trying to solve, while keeping phone suite. Otherwise Buh Bye

Looks like new phone suite took care of the BT problem will cook up a rom for ridemywideglide tonight. Vestaviajag if you will send me your company logo I will cook one up for you with alltel and your company logo.

Hey Thanks CaptainJager.. Just grabbed it and I'll try it out tonight..
1 question on the start and boot pics... Is there anyway to simply copy over or rename and existing pic to replace one of those?
I had tried with another bkg image that was on the phone but got a protected file error..
