maybe Im missing something here but why dont you just report it lost or stolen? BTW, as for the fraud comments, how many of you out there wish your carrier would run out of these 6700s so we could get a 6800? (I see those thoughts in your minds brewing and conspiring).

I'm no expert... and forgive me if it's wrong to help this guy... but I would guess the easiest way to brick it... or at least mess it up so bad they'd let you return it... is to disconnect it from the USB WHILE flashing a new rom.


It says "do not disconnect the USB"... well... disconnect it...


You could still probably fix it by starting the flashing process all over again... but I doubt the people at the sprint/verizon store are going to know how to do that...
