Sprint: PPC 6800 May launch this month
http://www.brighthand.com/default.asp?newsID=13079
This may be exciting for some. It is for me. |
If only I had the spare cash... 400-600 bucks is cash I could spend to minus an extra second to my car. It took alot of peer presure to get me to buy the 6700 lol...Now all my friends wish they didn't... cause they want it.
|
I have to admit the price seems a bit steep but it might be worth the minor upgrades the 6700 DESPERATELY needs.
|
check the titan forum...there's a thread tracking the release date rumors...i think it is called official word.
|
as much as i dont think the minor updates are worth the premium i will buy one.
hopefully it has functional sprint features such as picture mail and sprinttv |
Im really looking forward to the smaller form of the 6800 over the 6700... It will be nice to be able to comfortably carry my phone in my pocket again. (Imean you can now, But it feels like you have 2 packs of smokes taped together or something XD)
|
still undecided! but then again i love my 6700. hell it dose more for me than i would have ever imagined when i bought it.
time will tell i suppose. |
I'd skip the 6800, keep your 6700 (running the latest kitchen/aku3.5 from helmi & co) and save up for the 6999 in 2008 ;)
Well, that's what I'm doing anyway. 2 years per phone is my rule. |
My one complaint is that i'd have to change my storage format... again...
iPaq 3635 > CF Dell Axim X5 > CF + SD PPC 6700 > MiniSD Now it's all about microSD  |
i thought the 6800 was using the mini-sd also? if they changed then i aint gettin one... yet
