This among other carriers have the april 2007 date.

From what I've heard they are "new" files, but they only include the DST fix, nothing major.

They do seem to have a newer CE ROM version than the prior ROM update from Utstarcom, but the same Radio and etc. Since I use a custom ROM this provides nothing for me.

The prior Verizon ROM also had DST fixes included, so I imagine there is something else different in the newest files. I'm not sure what it might be though.

I had made a post on another thread with the data that this updated.

If you browse the FTP on UTStarcom's site you will find a word doc with details of what was updated.

How does one browse the FTP, it doesn't seem to allow anonymous usage?
