Text Message Trouble
 

Hey Guys
So yesterday I did a hard reset after finding a setting of the phone that I really liked. After doing that I installed verichat total commander PHM phone alarm memmaid TCMP eten dialer skin and a medical student program and the picture mail hack. Anyways now my text messaging doesnt seem to work. It says that I have unread messages on the today screen but when I go there, its blank. I tried clearing the messages out deleting from the options tab but it still didnt work. This morning on the way to my internship I uninstalled verichat in hopes that that would fix it, but it did not. I also tried sending a message to my girlfriend but I dont think it went through. Is there something I have to do after a hard reset to reactivate sms? If its any help I had to do the picturemail hack like 4 times installing and uninstalling to get it to work correctly (I know I did right each time because I had it set up perfectly before). So yeah, any help would be appreciated.

Make sure you are in the inbox and not drafts or something.

Yeah I was definitely in the inbox. Ive checked all my stuff (MMS hotmail outlook and text messages) multiple uupon multiple times.

maybe you should try and do another hard reset. or maybe before the hard reset, do a soft reset and see if that clears the text. when you did the hard reset, did you try removing the "junkware"?

this is very strange, I have ran everything u got, minus the student medical program and verichat and never had this problem or heard of it. ummmm this ones a stumper. let me think about it.....oh and I suggest agile as a messenger program. ;)

I would try removing the picture mail hack and test your sms, with the problems you had loading that might have caused your problem. If that fixes your problem reload the picture mail hack try it again, it usually works very well. Hope this helps

hey fellas not to hi jack a thread buuut I have a problem with sms ..


sometimes when I receive a text my phone will vibrate and freeze .. sometimes it won't even notify me ..

just like earlier today I was talking on the phone with her then the screen was on sleep it turns on doesn't turn off the phone froze but I could still talk to her .

my brother comes home tells me did I get his text about a car for sale? and I was like nooo. then I check my phone and the text was unread and sent when my phone froze when I was on the phone talking to my gf ..


grrr sorry for writing so much but I'm lazy to search and don't want to start another thread ..
