cant flash to new rom

well i have a big problem, i was running the unified rom and have flashed a couple times before fine, now i tried to flash to kirvin's clean and simple and i get "error 150 rom upgrade utility error" "rom upgrade utility does not design for your device." i have tried several different roms including the verizon rom from utstar. i tried to flash the unified rom again and got error 101 a connection error. I can hard reset and it goes back to the unified rom thankfully! any ideas? what have i done??

restart your PC, use different USB cables, dont use a USB hub, dont use dock

Also, use the NoIDUpgrade utility
