data roaming issues
 

So I just got my PPC6700 yesterday and I'm loving it....the only issue I have so far is that I can't data roam. I upgraded from an Sanyo M1 and it allowed me to data roam all the time.

I've tried upgrading the PRL, it's currently at 20227 or whatever the latest is (it has a 7 in it), and that did not work. I've tried both soft resetting and hard resetting the phone, no luck. What am I doing wrong? It keeps giving me error 1013...

And I have searched, believe me, I have. All I can find are suggestions to update the PRL (already done that) and success stories.

List all you information again. From your post yesterday it did not seem that you had the most up to date Official rom installed before you upgraded.

ROM = 2.11.20 WWE
ROM Date = 04/04/06
Radio = 1.12.00
Protocol = SNAZ-40306
ExtROM = blank
Hardware = 0041
PRL = 20227
PRI = 1.13_003

PRI needs to be updated to 1.19_003 if ur with sprint...

Radio is outdated too

Okay. I've searched and found some insight, but I just want to confirm: flashing the most recent OEM ROM will upgrade my PRI and Radio, correct?
