.CAB file for registry entries

My seaches aren't helping me find this, because the worsd are too common I guess. Basically I have been flashing twice a week or so for the past month, and I have to go in and manually make all my custom registry settings. Is there a way to make a .reg file I can keep on my SD card and run?

a.) make the .reg with notepad, u can also open .regs with notepad to edit.

b.) make u a .cab using wince cab manager (not free) but a great program and the trial gives u 20 uses.

Assuming you're using the unified kitchen, you can make your own OEM too; just follow the directions for making your own OEM in the sticky, but put your favorite reg entries in the RGU file and don't forget to create a blank DSM file. Name your OEM zzz_something so that it loads last.

I responded to another question similar to this recently in which the person wanted to remove the icons from the bottom of the today screen. There are some perhaps-useful regedits in there.
