New to Mogul... Big Problem Unit... Need Help

Just purchased first mogul.... refurb... new, never used.... keeps resetting or turning off... have tried to check battery contacts, seem ok, several hard and soft resets, to no avail... has not been online or activated. has latest software... will freeze black or white (?) screen, or reset itself .... what to do?

Try posting in the Mogul forum. Easy to find at the top of the page. Just click the picture of the device that most resembles what you have.
