Help with 'Error code: 37' on PPC6700
 
When ever I get on line with my PPC6700 I get this error msg:

Error code: 37
Miscellaneous erroneously mobile IP set up Occurred

I still get on line ok and everything seems to work ok but this happens every time. Any idea on how I can fix this? I checked the basic connection settings and they all look ok.

make sure that your user ID and password are correct for your log in information. If you fix this and still have the error, complete a soft reset and try again.

User ID: should be your cell # and Sprint/Verixon address in the format of an email address. Ex. 5555555555@vzw3g.com

Password: should be specific to your carrier. Ex. Verizon is "vzw" all lower case with out quotes[/list]

I understand that is a code indicates an improper connection network termination. Generally a soft reset will clear it, not that it will not comeback
