Help with 'Error code: 37' on PPC6700
When ever I get on line with my PPC6700 I get this error msg:
Error code: 37 Miscellaneous erroneously mobile IP set up Occurred I still get on line ok and everything seems to work ok but this happens every time. Any idea on how I can fix this? I checked the basic connection settings and they all look ok. |
make sure that your user ID and password are correct for your log in information. If you fix this and still have the error, complete a soft reset and try again.
User ID: should be your cell # and Sprint/Verixon address in the format of an email address. Ex. 5555555555@vzw3g.com Password: should be specific to your carrier. Ex. Verizon is "vzw" all lower case with out quotes[/list] |
I understand that is a code indicates an improper connection network termination. Generally a soft reset will clear it, not that it will not comeback
