Damn unread Message!!!!! Help
 

Does anyone know how to get rid of the 1 unread Message reading on my ppc6700. I've recently added the 02 program and the Sprint No Junk operating system and yesterday i received a few messages in a row and it has been like that since even after deleting everything and hitting the reset button... can anyone help me out with that because it would be greatly appreciated!!!

That happened to me once, I couldn't get rid of it. I had to do a hard reset.

the same thing was happening to me......i posted the same question on the board and someone was able to put a fix on here....im at work and dont have access to the file to repost it but if you search for it, it should still be there

Have you tried deleting the email account from your phone? I've never had this problem, so don't know if this would work, but you can delete a pop account from the outlook menu -> tools -> options, and exchange email account can be deleted from the activesync -> menu -> options -> delete.

Just an idea...
