Cant disable touch flo like scrolling
 

ok so i have cooked a rom using build os useing the latest verson of window mobile and for some reason there is touch flo like scrolling but it is disabled and i have reflashed with out it even installed and it still does it i want this feature disabled since i cannot select multiple files in the file explorer any help would be awsome thanks in advance to yall
