OK, been there, done that....

now, heres my question: What version are you using? the lastest one? Ive done all of the above with a version I had from a while back, btw im running kirvins no junk 3.5, installed that and ran it no prob except no connection, so i copied the conhub and discovery files then overwrote the pocketg2.exe, thats where i ran into the problems, so, thats where im at right now.

Sorry guys in lack of time I couldn't try it yet but in the evening I am gonna give it a chance at a WiFi spot and I write a post right after that...

Finally ...It works for me perfectly . That's what I have waited for so long :P I did exactly the same things like it was in ur post. Many thanx ! And one more thing. NET compact framework 2 is not essential . Mine goes with 1.0.4292.00 that is the built in .NET CF in WM5.

Re: Pocket G2 Pro can't connect on 3.5 rom

so i got it working i guess i had to install pocket g2 pro on my device for it to work and i couldnt get it to work *with* the .net framwork 2 (i know that sounds weird to me too) and i copied over the discovery and conhubs and they all showed up, it did take quite a while for it to discover a hub that actually worked but it eventually did and my search did eventually turn up results however after i hit download the program froze, crashed, then wouldnt reopen. which after doing some looking is a pretty common thing.

i fount another mobile p2p client called mobiphant however i think it is more dead than pocket g2 its too bad really a reliably mobile p2p program would be incredably popular. maybe we should all email the frostwire peeps and ask them to make a mobile version
