What notepad version supports handwriting recognition?

What notepad version supports handwriting recognition? similar with phatpad?

I saw it on saridnour's custom ROM.......can anyone tell me please?

Even the stock 2.x roms can recognize handwrtiing - it's an option in the input panel thingie (the keyboard icon) and also, if you just enter an ink note, there is a menu option to recogize the ink.
