how do i install skin and icon on Wisbar Advanced. i just downloaded it thanks to Wideawake
and i downloaded the skin and icon package but dont knwo how to install it.

i got it guys the skin has to be QVGA not VGA :D

lol took my about 2 hours of reading and me doin an LUCKY search on google and ended up on the right forum and the right topic that says it has to be QVGA by the way here

What about for us noobs. I just got mine, and think that the vista look is really nice. I dled all the stuff for the qvga and still dont know how to install... could you toss me a link of what I need to do?

Its quite simple once you get the hang of it. So make sure you have the right file set for the them (QVGA or VGA). Next take the folder that contains all the graphics and sounds for the theme. Browsing your device from your computer, browse to the program files folder. Click on Program Files (or where ever you have WisBar installed). The folder should be Lakeridge. Open the folder and inside is another folder, WisBar Advance....open that one. Inside the WisBar advanced folder, you will see a bunch of files and a folder called Themes. Open the Themes folder...place the folder of the WA2 or WAD theme you wish to use inside the themes folder. Now, run WisBar on your PPC. At the top of the screen should be a square....click on the square and select settings. From there you should find the theme you would like to use. SImply select it, click on the check and you are set.

THAT was so confusing heres an easier way just put the Vista skin on ur memoery card and than browse for the skin file its as easy as that. thats what i didnt and im not too smart but i got it to work and it was quick an simple. or if downloaded the QVGA skin from that website i posted ithe package come with the instructions
