Stuck at screen align 6700
 

I have a Verizon xv6700

I did a hard reset and reinstalled Kirvin AKU 3.5 Stock. After i did a soft reset I get stuck at the align screen program. Is there a way to bypass this?

try flashing back to the stock Verizon rom. If you cannot get it to work, take it in to a store with the Verizon rom on it to show them that it may be a hardware issue.

Hold it, I see you're new here, did you really do a hard reset after flashing to kirvins rom?

To do a hard reset:
Hold the power and notes buttons and poke your stylus in the hole at the bottom.

When the question comes up and you have to open the keyboard to type Y then you know you've done it right!

Without a hard reset after loading any custom rom you will have a whole slew of random problems.

Even if you did, try another hard reset, and see if that helps. Some people have had to HR 4-5 times.

One last thing (if the above doesn't do it.. Take a thin business card and poke the corner of it between the screen and the plastic bezel. Now slide it all the way around the whole screen. This would help eliminate any little piece of crud from constantly pressing your screen.
