How do I download and install Apache_Helmi_WM6.1

I know this info is available but I can't find it. I had previously downloaded and installed 6.0 using this forum, and it worked great (thank you very much!), but I have misplaced that info (download, os build and youtube instructions), so please, sombody help me.

In order to get WM6.1 on an Apache you will ned to use the kitchen. There aren't any premade WM6.1 roms for it.
