No Sound issue
 

I recently upgraded my 6700 with 6.1 from PPCkitchen .org. I chose the Helmi WM 6.1 kitchen because the other offering wouldn't allow me to sync with Activesync. Everything is great except I have no external sound from my phone. This means I have no ringers or anything else coming from the speaker. Now I do here sounds thru my Jawbone original headset including rings and the default sound when using the keyboard. If anyone has any sugestions to help I would appreciate.Oh BTW I did download another ringtone to try without success.

You can try to use a registry editor like PHMRegedit and navigate to:
HKey_Current_User\ControlPanel\SoundCategories\Rin g\Initvol
Should be at 5 for best results.

Used to we would assume the pins in the heasset jack were stuck and so the phone will not output any sound due to it thinks there is a headset plugged in. Worst case senario would be to re-flash to make sure everything went thought correctly. We have seen bad flashes before and on many occassions.
